At least 2 hours after last meal. Swallow with water only — food increases absorption unpredictably.
Allow the medication to absorb fully before consuming any food.
The second dose targets any parasites that were in egg stage during the first dose. This is critical.

Fenbendazole is fat-soluble. Take with a meal containing healthy fats (olive oil, avocado, nuts, yogurt) for proper absorption. Without fat, most of it passes through unabsorbed.
⚠️ Note: Extremely wide safety margin — one of the safest antiparasitics available. Mild GI discomfort possible during die-off. If doing an extended protocol (6+ weeks), monitor liver enzymes as a precaution.
